Submit the following documents to Newport Christian School’s office in person or by email at

  1. A colored copy or scan of the student’s passport information page.
  2. A copy or scan of the student’s birth certificate.
Submit the following three documents to

  1. School transcripts or grade reports.
  2. Letter of Recommendation from a teacher or a school administrator of the last school attended. Forms can be requested from the school.
  3. Letter of Recommendation from from a person of authority. A “person of authority” is defined as an individual that is not directly related to the student but has had significant involvement in the development of the student. Such examples may include church leaders, members of clergy, and sports coaches. Forms can be requested from the school.

Please note: All submitted documents listed above must be in English. If the original copies are not in English, the original and a certified English translation of the document must be submitted.

Newport Christian School will contact families to schedule an interview in person, online, or through a recording.
Parents or guardians must provide evidence of financial ability to support each student while enrolled at Newport Christian School. Support documents may include bank statements that show sufficient funds for payment of all school fees, annual tuition, and ten months of housing ($10,000). Documents with currency must also include a U.S. Dollar amount.
A formal notification of acceptance or denial will be mailed shortly after the interview process. For those accepted into Newport Christian, instructions on how to pay the application fee of $100 will be provided in the notice.

For students that meet any of the following criteria, additional instructions will provided as the steps above are completed:

  • Students who are not permanent residents but currently reside in the United States on a visa.
  • Students who are currently enrolled in a school in the United States on an I-20 visa.

New students may begin to apply for the following school year.

March 1

Last day to pay registration fees.

July 15

Last day for students living outside of the United States to apply.

August 5

Last day for transfer students already enrolled in another U.S. school to apply.

August 7

Students may begin to arrive in the U.S. (up to 30 days prior to program start date).

August 19

Last day to arrive in the U.S. and check-in at Newport Christian. All tuition and fees due in full.

August 29

Back to School Night from 7:00 PM – 8:30 PM. Student and at least one parent or listed guardian must attend.

September 6

First day of classes.
