ENROLLMENT CHECKLIST
NEW U.S.-RESIDENT STUDENTS
The application process must be completed before beginning the enrollment process.
Complete the Request for Student Cumulative Records form and send it to Newport Christian School’s office or email it to contact@newportchristianschool.org. Do not send it to the student’s previous or current school.
Newport Christian School is required to retain a copy of all students’ immunization records.
Immunizations must be up to date before starting school. For more information on immunization requirements at Newport Christian School and the State of California, please visit our Campus Safety page.
Provide a copy of the student’s immunization records to the school’s office in person or by emailing a scanned copy to contact@newportchristianschool.org.
Submit a copy or scan of the student’s birth certificate to Newport Christian School’s office in person or by email at contact@newportchristianschool.org.
For those on the monthly payment plan, the first payments begin on August 15. For those on the annual payment plan, tuition fees are due on August 20.
NEW INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS
* Any forms or documents that are submitted during the enrollment process must include a copy of the original document and a notarized English translation.
Request and email the completed Guardian Designation Form to contact@newportchristianschool.org.
Request and email the completed Guardian Agreement Form to contact@newportchristianschool.org.

Applicable to only those students who are transferring from a school in the United States

Complete and return the Statement of Commitment Form to the main office in person or by emailing a scanned copy to contact@newportchristianschool.org. The Statement of Commitment form can be found here.
RETURNING STUDENTS
Newport Christian School is required to retain an up-to-date copy of all students’ immunization records.
For students returning for the following grades, updated immunizations are required:
- Transitional Kindergarten
- Kindergarten
- 7th Grade
Provide a copy of the student’s immunization records to the school’s office in person or by emailing a scanned copy to contact@newportchristianschool.org.
